  “Can't complain about anything at all. The place is well located, nice and clean, staff efficient and helpful. Management replied promptly yo all our mails, price was fair.”

  We stayed for one night at the HOTEL FRANCES EN PASTO, a comfortable place and a very friendly service, as in mom house, the rooms are large, with an extreme cleanliness and a breakfast to remember. We will be back.

  The hotel is in a great location! Very close to the city center. Some of the rooms can be quite small. The room we had we a decent size but it was a room for 3 people (a twin and a full bed). The service was excellent. Everyone working there was Very nice and helpful. There is no elevator but they help you carry your luggage. There is no hair dryer so plan accordingly. No safe to store valuables either. I don't think there was central air but the temperature was good.
