The service was terrible, the elevators didn't worked ok, the food was always the same and was bad
We had meetings at the event hall and they left it without air conditioner

The room is ok except the bathroom, 0 privacy and really small area for a bathroom.

The breakfast is awesome, the lunch and dinner not so much.

It was good for the price.

Terrible hotel with terrible service. Our room had no towels, tiny bugs on the bed and brown water coming out of the shower. Worst hotel I have stayed in by far. There are waaaay better options in Cartagena.

La gente de recepción puede comportarse un poco más amable con los visitantes. Ojo deben llevar impresa la reservación si no se puede convertir en un dolor de cabeza

La ubicación excelente Pero las instalaciones muy malas. Es un edificio anticuado y el administrador o el dueño deberían de invertir dinero y modernizarlo. Las habitaciones pésimas, el baño no tiene privacidad. Lo bueno es que su ubicación es perfecta y casi no permanecimos en el hotel. Por lo menos tienen buenos colchones porque la cama y las mesas de noche parecían los de un reformatorio.

This place *could* be good but it just kept missing the mark. The food was ok, but canteen quality, the pool was nice but there was never anyone attending the bar, the room was ok but nothing special (although they are renovating - so they could improve) and the staff ranged from super helpful to totally indifferent. The location is good for the beach but it's a bit of a trek to the old city (15 - 20 mins on foot) - of course taxis are cheap.
