King beds. Great staff. Breakfast included. Pool, turko and sauna. Parking on site. Everything you need within a few blocks.

I stayed at the Hotel Campanario for five nights during New Years. The first night I noticed that their was no hot water. I notified the staff and they told me to let the water run for thirty minutes and let them know if it got hotter. It never got hot - only luke warm. I continued to let them know but they never resolved the problem. Eventually they told me that that hot water pump was broke. So after five days I left the hotel and checked into another hotel that had hot water.
I was never able to speak directly with the hotel manager about my experience. They have several properties and I’m not sure the manager spends much time at this hotel. So I sent an email to the manager and got the run-around. If you want a hot shower and bath don’t go to this hotel.response / report this review -

OMG what a luxury. The spa is amazing, the rooms are huge and service is top. I really miss this place already!
The swimming pool is small but great, the jacuzzi was indulging, the dry sauna was great, the steam sauna was not really steamy but never mind. The room had also a beautiful huge balcony and was huge itself with immense king size bed, the bathroom was great.
The breakfast is a bit bad for such a place. Very basic. We are outside.response / report this review -

While staying here, we had the pool to ourselves every time. Breakfast was lovely, nice and helpful staff, comfortable beds, and it's only two blocks away from the Plaza.

Muy buen hotel, el restaurante de muy buena calidad, desayuno incluido con la habitación. Le daría 5 estrellas si las habitaciones fueran un poco más ventiladas, debido a que se calientan mucho (al menos las que dan al patio interior). El servicio de los trabajadores del hotel es excelente. Un lugar recomendado.

Excelente ubicación, tranquilo, muy buen servicio, zonas comunes, piscina, habitación cómoda y limpieza increíble. A mejorar que la chimenea de gas no dependa de que la prendan de la recepción.

Tan pronto entras a Hotel Campanario sientes que estás en un lugar mágico, donde se combina la tranquilidad y el excelente servicio por parte de sus funcionarios. Muy recomendado.

A very nice hotel located in the very center of Villa de Leyva, the external style complies to the whole village (spanish colonian) but inside it's a fully functional, modern, cozy hotel.
All the rooms overlook a patio with a nice fountain, rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated, there is a flat screen smart tv, bed size is really generous for the local standards, our room also had an additional bed.
The bathroom is also quite spacious and nicely decorated, the only annoying point was the toilet seat that couldn't stay open. Wi-fi is free and quite stable.
The staff is incredibly kind and caring, breakfast is quite good and it's served at the table.response / report this review
