Barranquilla es un lugar fantástico que me encanta visitar, es un lugar perfecto para vivir y pasar unas vacaciones de lujo, y los playas son divinas, además no hay un lugar en el que se encuentre comida tan deliciosa como este.

The exterior of the hotel and lobby were beautiful and there was free breakfast but that's where the hotel's pro's ended. The con's: I had reserved the hotel online around 12noon and arrived after 3pm which is the check in time. The staff who were there, did not know anything about my 3-night stay even after I showed them my online reservation. Since they were not prepared for us, we had to wait for an hour to get a room. Once inside the room, we settled in and laid down. The air conditioner worked but was awkwardly positioned to blow cold air directly onto the beds, on our faces to be more exact, as we rested on the bed. This made it very uncomfortable to sleep or even lay down. The bathroom, leaked water on over half of the floor since day one. The air conditioner also dripped water and soaked two of my luggage and contents. Their solution? Mop and place clean towels on the floors to prevent further puddles or accident. Needless to say, we left on day two. When we told them why we were leaving, they still asked us to pay for the third night and staff couldn't care less about our experience at the hotel. Just aweful.

La relacion precio- prestacion es buena, lo unico que realmente no funciona correctamente es el Internet.
Las llamdas con WhatsApp son casi imposibles de realizar y la velocidad del internet es mala.
De todas maneras es un buen hotel y esta limpio, para aquellos que no dependen del internet como herramienta de trabajo es una buena opcion.response / report this review -

The staff is nice and friendly and the rooms are clean. The hotel is around a safe area in Cali and there is security outside of the hotel. Overall, I recommend this place if you are looking for a affordable and safe hotel.

Flores de plástico por doquier, habitaciones con ventanas a pasillo de servicio, no hay botones, no se puede llamar a un teléfono móvil desde el teléfono de la habitación, hubo una gotera en mi habitación que me mojó la ropa y los zapatos y ni siquiera se preocuparon por los daños causados, espacio de ducha miniatura, en la mayorÃa de cuartos de baño sin ducha de teléfono. etc. Al menos está limpio.
