Nice hotel and good service, the only problem I found it's that the internet connection is not so good in some points of the hotel, they have to improve that.

Estuvo bien, pero me disgustó muchÃsimo que mi pareja se enfermo y a pesar de cobrarnos el seguro hotelero no nos prestaron ningún servicio médico por lo cuando tuvimos en salir en la madrugada a buscar dónde ser atendido.

Beautiful, clean, hospitable hotel. Very close to shopping, food, and nature. Will definitely come back the next time I come to Cucuta.
