Grata sorpresa encontrar este hermoso lugar en Medellín.
Desde que llegas, su personal y el ambiente mágico y diferente del lugar te hacen sentir como en casa. Usan una mezcla de ambientación con naturaleza y olores que sin duda te transportan a un lugar espectacular,
El desayuno Aromax con queso fresco, arepa, huevo frito con un poco de tomate y especias preparado por Wilson estaba de lo mejor.
Lina, su dueña se ve que cuido cada detalle del hotel desde el personal que colabora con ella hasta la decoracion general y de cada habitación.

Hotel Aromax is by far the best hotel to stay at when you go to visit the beautiful city of Medellin. It has such a nice welcoming environment that you feel at home. What I like the most about this hotel is their innovating rooms, my favorite room was eucalyptus perfect scent to come to after a day of exploring the city. The staff is very friendly and they are willing to make your stay as pleasant as it can be.

Very nice place and people. Get some rest in the garden, Jacuzzi or sauna. Price vs quality is perfect! Near zona Rosa; the place to be for good restaurants, bars, shops or order a taxi who will bring you for $1.
Advice: just take earplugs with you because it's an older building so sometimes you may here people enter the hotel.response / report this review -

When we arrived the manager was on his phone, he didn't even stop to help us with our luggage or even bother to introduce himself. We never got his name to date, he has a low cut hairstyle and works during the day. He pretty much was on his phone during our entire 3 day stay. We were put in the back room named frese where there was men working outside and looking in as I was getting dressed due to the low placed window. The room was quite dark so I had the blinds opened partially.I asked to be moved and this was the only time the manager was helpful. Checkout was even worse as he kept accusing us of having taken a drink from the minbar, our Spanish wasn't great but he didn't even try to help us understand. Frankly his manner was awful which is a shame considering how great and helpful the other members of staff are.
