it is now called the Santa Maria Hotel. Great rates, quiet safe neighborhood, public transportation, in the "gay district" of Bogota, Chapinero. No elevator, 3 floors, free continental breakfast, clean new rooms.

Pésima la calidad del servicio. Juegan con el horario de ingreso a su conveniencia. No respetan las reservas realizadas con anticipación. Y la atención no es de personal capacitado. Una fatal experiencia.
