I have stayed at the Duruelo several times and all I can say is FANTASTIC !! The service is supurb. The grounds are to die for! The rooms are comfortable, clean, modern, and the views are wonderful! I recommend room 409 it's a jacuzzi room and incredibly romantic OH, and the food is marvelous By the way, the Spa is also first rate and when you spend the afternoon there I suggest time in the steam room, followed by a great massage you'll walk out feeling like Gumby !!!

The hotel rooms were all very clean and recently renovated! The bathrooms were beautiful and the breakfast was to die for. There were several facilities we took advantage of (pool, gym, mini golf) and they were all well maintained and enjoyable! Would absolutely recommend this for everyone who is interested in seeing Villa de Leiva! Only warning is they do ask for passport proof as identification for safety reasons so be sure to bring that.

Best hotel ever. The private jacoussi was nice. The food quality was great. Free wifi was included. Even the pools were great. I recommend it!

This is a spectacular hotel with excellent service, good food, and great facilities (even a clay tennis court!). I stayed with a largish group (~30 people) for a meeting that went off very well. We were so busy we didn't discover the spa until the last night - you definitely don't want to miss that. One thing though, was that some of the staff were a bit challenged by English (as with much of Colombia outside Bogota). It helped that we had several Spanish speakers in our group to facilitate communications. But don't let that keep you away.
