Great hotel in a great location. My only complain is that there were no hot water due to some issues with the water heaters

This hotel is decent, but I expected more for the price. Some rooms are noisy because they face the street, and all rooms are noisy because the walls are thin and whenever someone in the hallway closes their hotel room door, it slams and the sound reverberates throughout the hallway. When I arrived, my toilet seat had something large and very strange-looking on it some of the furniture was torn they took my used towels and forgot to give me new ones and the gym is tiny and sad.
On the other hand, everything else about the place is clean and new, and the breakfast is quite nice for a hotel in this price range.response / report this review -

When in Bogota I usually stay in one of two hotels, one of them being this Holiday Inn which provides great value for your money!
It might not be a luxurious, upscale hotel but for people who do not want to spend too much and still stay at a very good place this is your best bet.
Why not 5 stars? 1. The gym inside the hotel is ridiculously small. They have an agreement with a very large and nice gym about a block away but that means crossing the street and walking there in a very cold weather. Once you get there it is a very good experience; 2. For lunch and dinner the restaurant is not inside the hotel but adjacent which also means walking outside although it is just about 20-30 steps.
I understand the space limitations and given the price and very good service from the staff it is indeed one of my favorite hotels in Bogota.response / report this review -

I had a problem with the bathroom pipes and a couple times in the morning the coffee machine didn't work. One night I arrived in a taxi and the driver didn't have change, and the lobby wasn't able to help.

I was told I could have a special check out time (4pm) if I joined their rewards program. The day of the check out I was told I needed to check out at 2pm two hours prior to check out. Don't fall in to the rewards program scam.

One of the best business hotels I have ever been. Staff is uniquely qualified and willing to help. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Very close to Parque 93 where you can go for dining. If you like running you can safely do so starting from the hotel to Parque El Virey, about 3 miles round trip.response / report this review -
