Location is new, too hot to walk to nearby malls during the day. As a hotel itself it is five stars, but the location is not the best.

Very nice hotel; new and well taken care of. The staff here has been fantastic and the facility is very modern. It is in a great area of town and there is little to no traffic at all times of the day. If you're looking for a full blown hotel with a bar, restaurant, etc. this is not for you. However, if you want high quality facility to sleep in while you enjoy everything that Barranquilla has to offer, I highly suggest Holiday Inn Express.
