The hotel service is ok, Internet service is the most annoying service, no one is able to help with this problem, it ia one of the items they advertise and DO NOT WORK

Central location, comfortable rooms - I've stayed a number of times since they first opened. However, in my most recent visit over multiple days, their internet frequently had problems, and the premium room type that I successfully completed a check out on online was unavailable at the hotel, so I received a lower-tier room (and no compensation). Also note that items listed in the specific room type rate description you buy - for example, I bought one described as "Enjoy this amazing room in our executive floor, eat a delicious buffet breakfast" - but at the hotel I found out breakfast isn't included - it's an extra fee.

Very new hotel. Nice, friendly staff. Centrally located and across the street from a 3 story mall. Several places to eat within walking distance.

The staff was incredibly I loved it. When it comes to the restaurant food was alright and the service was awful. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant at all.

Cleanest and newest hotel in town with fairly priced fares. Located right in front of the nicest shopping center in Cúcuta.
