For those complaining about the taxi driver, this happen in any country and any city you go to. If you want to be safe and travel whatever you want rent a car from the airport, its cheaper and you can go wherever and whenever you want besides the hotel offers free parking and if u dont have a license get an Uber which is more monitor. Now let's talk about the hotel which is what we are reviewing here not the taxis. The hotel was amazing, super clean, stuff was friendly, I did have the chance to use the pool was I saw it, it looks clean. The whole hotel looks moder and it's huge, the location is in one of the most outstanding neighborhood of the city. The restaurant looked nice but I didn't get to use it either. The rooms were quiet, no noise from the wholeway. The security was awesome, you could only acces your floor with your key. Parking underground, they allow service animals and the rooms floor do not have carpet which is awesome because they clean it every day and you dont have to be stepping on anyones nastiness that carpet collects, rooms have its own thermostat so you can adjust your room temperature. Rooms are beautiful same as bathrooms, not to forget they are huge. I felt in love with this hotel and I'll be back to it.
