Lovely big rooms with AC and private bathroom right in middle of everything that you want to be in the middle of! Love it. Staff are super friendly. Especially the owner - bend over backwards to help ya and answer all my endless questions! Would definately stay there again next time in Cartagena. Oh and and great tour desk to book everything that you need to do. Playa Blanca, mud volcano etc. . . .

Nice looking hostel although we didn’t stay. They have a good bar at the front where we had a couple of drinks. Staff are friendly.

Excellent location in the getsemani area of Cartagena (located amongst lots of nice restaurants and bars, and a short walk to the beautiful old town). Downside was that it is extremely loud if you stay in the private rooms. These all open onto the shared area, and the parties outside the rooms for the week that we stayed always went well into the early hours. As a result we didn’t get a single good nights sleep.
We also found the owner to be rude with a condescending attitude to guests, us included. The rest of the staff were excellent though, perhaps he should try to replicate their behaviour.response / report this review -

This hostel has lots of potential but ultimately was not a good choice. The deciding factor was music shaking the room until 2 am every night. If you are only in Cartagena for a couple nights to party then this isn't really a problem but otherwise don't expect to sleep much. On the plus side, they have a nice little restaurant bar (a bit pricey) a good atmosphere and mediocre breakfast included (ginger pancakes and coffee). It's also in a great location.

The staff are super helpful - they gave us advice throughout our trip and offered shuttle buses to a few different cities. Atmosphere was very pleasant. Would definitely return.

This place is nothing like its counterpart in Panama City. It's a party hostel through and through. The surrounding area of bars has music pumping late into the night and you can hear it from the rooms. On the plus side, there is free breakfast, aircon and a nice friendly staff. Wifi doesn't reach the rooms annoyingly. If you like to party, stay here.

I didn't stay here so I can't say anything about the rooms but I did hang out in the common area. The people who work here are really chill and laid back and the people who stay here are cool. i sat with a friend and some other guests and drank in the cool yard.

Good Hostal , location in a loud street with a lots of bars and loud music. Breakfast pancakes. Rioms clean and with seperate bath. Staff is kind and some of them speak English.

We took the bus the hostel offered to get from Cartagena to Playa Blanca. Very comfortable ride and nice staff.

Hostel is quite nice from the outside and the inner part. I had a private room with a private bath and ac. Everything was ok but when it started to rain some drops came down the roof. The included breakfast was only two pancakes and a delicious cup of coffee.

Can be very loud because the guests party right outside the rooms. But at midnight the staff move everyone on so that's a bonus. Great Aircon. No servicing the private rooms but staff are happy to replace towels, bins and sheets on request.
