Este centro comercial se encuentra a las afueras de Ipiales cerca a la frontera con Ecuador, un lugar muy bonito, con un Mall de comidas, Cine, muchos lugares para comprar y disfrutar. Cuenta con un gran parqueadero gratis 😁, para clientes.

Went here for the first time (Dec 2016). Did not walk the entire mall, but the stores I did visit were very clean, organized, with good prices. A calmer pace and safer area then the hectic central shopping district in Ipiales.
