For someone who doesn't speak any spanish, this agency did an amazing job breaching the language barrier. I would recommend stoping in to rent the car bough unless your Spanish is good enough to use the website. There was a great selection of cars and all very economical. I spent in the end, for four days, $198.000 COP or $66.00 USD. Best experience!

The information provided at the time of renting was not clear. The representative didn't mention that the car needed to be washed before returning it and charged 20.000 COP once we returned it and said it was procedure. No car rental place has ever charged such fee.

CAUTION: Fraud risk. Significant difficulties dealing with this company. Rental started out OK but after returning the car this operator claimed damage to a car that was clearly pre-existing (and had been previously repaired). I think this company scams foreign tourists - suggest avoid at all costs.
