Great place to grab dessert. The brownies are outstanding and made even better by being topped with Gelato. This is a good way to top off one of the many great meals you can enjoy in Cartagena.

Having discovered this gem on the second day of a week in Cartagena, it became a daily afternoon trip for my mom and me, including one time for dinner after an especially filling lunch. The ice cream is delicious, served in coconut shell bowls, a local product. The ice cream is made on premises and the flavors were different each day, with just a few repeats from day to day. I believe I tried about fifteen different flavors of ice cream, many made with local fruit that you don't typically get to try in the states. If you are unsure, they are more than happy to give you a taste prior to buying. Absolutely delicious and refreshing after a day in the hot sun.

Ice cream is good but it's not gelato. The place is comfortable, staff are super helpful and nice and the ice cream is quite tasty. The flavors they have available are super Colombian and there's always something you'll like.
