  I stopped by to see if they could help me with making reservations on Airpanama (whose payment feature was not working). They were very nice, speak English, and even though this is not something they do, they looked at the Airpanama website to see if they could find a way to help. Very classy travel agency.

  Eder from Galvanata catered to our every need in Cartegena. He reserved awesome restaurants, booked fascinating excursions, was extremely professional and detail-oriented, and adept at last minute requests or schedule changes. We partied on rooftops, mt biked on coastal trails, sipped rare rums - all organized by Eder who accompanied us at each event to assure everything went smoothly. Pleasure to work with such a pro!
