Serviço e atendimento muito bom. O tramite de checkin e checkout é um pouco lento.

Had a problem with my fellow guest's identification, staff here was unreasonable and unfriendly. Had to go to the Marriot next door to even get helpful advice on resolving the issue. Found the area to be cold, devoid of culture, and ridden with security anyway. Eventually stayed at a different hotel which ended up being much warmer. Will never go here again!
