  Las salas son horribles, la atencion x telefono es pesima, los que contestan no saben ni donde estan parados. Y en los planes sacan la gente.

  En momentos difíciles buscamos personas que nos apoyen y nos brinden una mano para resolver problemas. El personal de Los Olivos nos brindó excelente atención al cliente y nos brindó confianza a pesar de la distancia.
  
  Llame desde USA necesitando una recomendacion para ordenar arreglos florales. El personal muy amablemente nos ofrecio el servicio y 2 horas después recibí un mensaje que los arreglos estaban adornando la sala de nuestro ser querido. Gracias por apoyarnos en este momento.

  During difficult times would look for people to support us and give us a hand to resolve problems. The staff at Los Olivos provided us excellent customer service and trusted despite the distance.
  
  I called from the US needing a recommendation to order a flower arrangement. The staff very kindly offered us the service we needed and 2 hours later I received a message that the flowers were adorning the room where our loved on rests. Thank you for supporting us in this difficult momment.
