Terrible. Though the vehicle was great they charged us for an extra day in spite of having a three day rental; having told them of an early return that didn't come through. BEWARE of the " smooth operator" practices.

Horrible experience. They will tell you they do not have the car category you booked just so you upgrade at a hefty cost to the same category. They play the trick over and over cheating customers. I have heard horrible stories of overcharging as well as not handling properly of your credit card data. AVOID!!!

This has been the worst experience, they are trying to keep the money that was charged for security, it was not supposed to take the money but they did and have not returned, not only that but they charged me a cleaning fee while the car was dirty when given to us, not only that but the car was full of dins and we had to make sure that we had all of that marked and when the car returned they demanded the documents back, we had to take pictures of the documents if not you had no record

its the worst experience I ever had with a company, the people on the desk are pushing you to buy insurance that you dont need and even if you dont want to they charge to your credit card, saying that you will get the money back..which is not true! So the first price you had when you reserve it doubles when you go to pick up the car. WORSTTTTTTT BECAREFUL!!

Charged us for damage that was marked when the car was picked up. Said that the damage was larger than the original Mark which was only done in pen. Car had no further damage and the man at the desk was unhelpful and rude. Even if they offer the cheapest price they will rip you off in the end.

Terrible, siempre buscando cobrar más, toman foto de la tarjeta de crédito por ambos lados y de la cédula de ciudadania para verificar en un grupo de whatsapp (seguridad nula). Eficacia en el servicio nula, esperamos 1 hora y media a ser atendidos. Al finalizar el alquiler, no destruyen el voucher y el bloqueo de 1 millón (pesos colombianos) en la tarjeta de crédito tarda mas de una semana en anularse. No lo recomendaría jamás, ni tomaría nuevamente el servicio con esta empresa.
