It’s a good hotel and very well located. The food is delicious. The room is super cozy. However, avoid a room near the elevator (you can listen to it going up and down all night long). There are some constructions going on (as of October 2017) around the Hotel area and sometimes it gets super noisy.

Great rooms, great service. Unfortunately the main restaurant is closed right now, being renovated I understand. I'm assuming this might also explain the very limited room service menu So eating out is a must. Fortunately the hotel is in area with lots of restaurants around. But when I travel on business I don't like to lose a lot of work time going out for meals.

Won't get fooled again. Far too expensive for the service rendered. I felt explored and manipulated by flattering personnel. Only one, very pricey and menu-limited, restaurant. Quiet, well-equipped, but quite small room (I do not recommend superior room for 2 people). Location is very good, with a large variety of restaurants and shopping. Do not take their "taxi" service: classic reception, bell captain scam.

I rarely remark on a hotel on line or otherwise post because it is not in my nature to do so but I was so impressed with the stay I called corporate to let them know. We travel all over the place and this week stood out to us. We had a great experience and would recommend the hotel and staff without question. We will go back to Columbia and that is because the people were friendly, the food out of this world, the sites gorgeous, and the security was always present and we felt very safe. For some reason that was one of my concerns but it was not an issue once we were there. I expected 4s to be excellent and that is why we stayed here but there was also a welcome to Columbia feel to the srvice that was unexpected and most welcome. The rooms and service at 4s were wonderful. ( the on line photos are spot on by the way right down to the actual pillows on the sofa. No creative marketing and photography. What you see is what you get). We made many requests of the staff and received excellent service at every turn. They made reservations at the top restaurants per our requests and we were happy that the table was on spot- a window table for example, when a second tier table could have been what greeted us, and would have been disappointing. We do not speak Spanish ( but will hopefully improve soon) and knowing 4s was supporting us was a comfort. Thank you for making our stay very special. I have stayed at many 4s locations and I am happy to say the standard was met and exceeded here.

Las habitaciones acogedoras, son grandes en el desayuno gran variedad de frutas,el personal muy amable, muy tranquilo, la ubicación del hotel es la mejor ya que queda sobre una zona donde hay restaurantes, bares, centros comerciales (la zona T).
