  The facilities are not the best but in general they are good, in my personal experience in prosecution 1 as a user was quite positive, they answer the phone and the mail. It could improve the provision of the public bathroom service, since I was not allowed access to it and there is no public bathroom service in the surrounding areas.

  La atención y colaboración de los servidores necesita capacitación. Se pueden arreglar las salas de espera y demás.

  Normalmente atienden demorado les falta mejorar la atención al usuario, necesita una remodelacion urgente y mejorar la salas de espera son muy incómodas
