  I feel a huge disappointment for the Colsubcidio drug delivery service, I am from eps Sura. Order the medicine at home because I am quite ill.
  
  The messenger Juan Fernando Zapata, when he arrived, did NOT want to enter, even the doorman allowed him to enter with a motorcycle and despite the fact that I mentioned to the messenger Juan Fernando Zapata that I was quite ill and could not leave, he said that then he was going to go because he was not going to enter, for this reason I had to go out to where he was, which was by the way quite far away, because I needed my medications, since the delivery was already delayed to the day that the delivery was supposed to be.
  
  The objective of paying for a home service is precisely NOT TO GO OUT and receive it at the door of the house, and even more at this time of the peak of the pandemic.
  
  When I went out to receive the medical, I gave myself an incorrect one, from another person and I was the one who realized that it was not mine. For this reason I asked him to please check if he had mine in his bag and he did not want to, always answering me in a rather rude way, which can be corroborated in the videos I have.
  
  In addition to that, I mentioned that the service provided seemed very bad to me, because in addition to the fact that I had to go out to pick it up, the delivery was delayed for several days, he gave me the wrong medicine, it was quite rude and he did not want to confirm if he had mine.
  
  The messenger Juan Fernando Zapata answered me verbatim "So why won't the eps ranks hold up for you to claim them?" Answer that left me quite shocked and disappointed in Colsubcidio.
  
  As a suggestion for improvement is that they deliver the messengers at the door of the house, because that is what an address is about and that is why you pay.

  Tiene fechas donde se consiguen medicamentos con descuentos y si eres afiliado a Comfama obtienes otro adicional que es por todo el mes.
