  Imagine a Saturday afternoon at 2pm and there is no one at the counter. The kind perfume lady came to tell me that the woman working today has taken her lunch break. I have no problem with that, everyone has to eat. But ummmm, why isn't there more than 1 attendant. On a Saturday. In the afternoon. In a busy department store.

  Guys, this people hate sales they are dumb! I already spent over 500 USD in Bogota, in over 10 different places, i even bought a soda for a dollar with my credit card! I went to this place and they asked me for my passport! Do i need to carry my passport everywhere?? Are they immigration officials?? I had my id and they didn’t accept itI hope Falabella top guy reads this to teach their dumbass workers how to do good customer service.

  Es una empresa que no responde por garantías y los colchones son de muy mala calidad. Yo compre uno Rosen ni falabella responde a los 4 días el colchón estaba totalmente undido, ellos toma el pelo y dicen que el caso esta cerrado cuando la garantía supuestamente es de 5 a 6 años son unos estafadores no compren Rosen ojo cuidado

  Falabella es espectacular para realizar compras por qué tiene de todo pero les.doy tres estrellas por qué el servicio al cliente es muy malo en el sector de calzado aveces se nota que no quieren trabajar y no te enseñan los productos que uno quiere.
  Pero es un lugar muy surtido.

  Clothes, accessories, tech and other things. Staff is not the kindest or more useful and prices compared to quality are not that good. Sometimes they have sales but be careful you don't end up paying g a lot for something that's not worth

  Pésimo, es caluroso y desordenado, la atención es mala, los precios elevados para productos tan malos. La atención en el banco es de lo peor 2 horas esperando porque se les dañó la maquina de turnos.

  Muy demorado el proceso de pago en cajas. Gran parte de la mercancía es de procedencia china y de mala calidad no apoyan industria nacional. Precio bajo solo para mercancía de muy dudosa calidad.

  Hemos encontrado buenas ofertas en ropa y electrónicos, pero hemos perdido más de la mano de una carterista que hurto un teléfono de nuestro bolsillo. Una semana más tarde 2 muchachos bien vestidos tenían la mano en el bolsillo del saco de mi esposa. Presten mucha atencion!

  Terrible, rude staff. Went in to buy a jumper worth USD15 and the guy at the register said i needed my passport with my credit card. A Singapore national ID was not good enough. Went back the next day with my passport, lady at the register denied me because my card had a slight split in it. The card works perfectly fine and literally every single other shop is happy to take my money. This shop clearly hates a sale.
