  I took my KTM here for a service on my trip across the Americas. It is a small shop, with an enthusiastic crew.
  
  No-one here speaks English at all ( why should they) and I think this was a big problem for us.
  
  I had a front and rear tyre replaced and also rear rim added. The front rim also had a small leak from minor damage.
  
  I also had coolant oil, brake fluid replaced. My coolant cap has had issues leaking under pressure so I added seal tape which fixed the issue before I came there.
  
  So today I rode my bike to Medellin and front tyre still leaks slowly , they did not replace tape so in heavy traffic bike overheats and coolant comes out of cap..
  
  Annoyed and frustrated as they had my bike for 8 days. Nice guys, but not thorough enough. Would recommend only for basics.

  This is the workshop of the official Cartagena KTM and Kawasaki dealer. We had a big group of international bikers with various issues, and the owner Javier was super helpful in getting everything sorted at very fair prices. Highly recommended if you need a workshop for your bike.
