  No recomiendo esta empresa de transporte, total desorganización, no respetan las reservas, impuntualidad y pésimo servicio tanto de Bogotá - Cali y Cali - Bogotá. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA

  Malísima viaje buga Bogota el administrador trata a los pasajeros como delincuentes y para acabar de ajustar se me perdio el ticket de la maleta y el conductor me estaba cobrando 30000 mil pesos y como no se los di me embolato la maleta por 5 horas y el administrador aqui en Bogotá amenazandome que iba a mandar la maleta para cali un fiasco completo

  DON'T CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. The experince was very frustrating. Two different company employees tricked me into buying the ticket by lying to me in the terminal, saying that the bus went Direct to my destination. We stopped twice and LOST MORE THAN TWO HOURS BEFORE EVEN GETTING OUT OF BOGOTÁ. Oh and when I brought this to the driver's attention he was rude to me. What a mistake it was to travel with expreso palmira.
  
  NO VIAJES CON ESTA EMPRESA. La experiencia fue muy frustrante. Dos empleadas me engañaron con mentiras para que comprara el tiquete, diciéndome la buseta iba a ir directo a mi destino. Paramos dos veces y PERDIMOS MAS QUE DOS HORAS ANTES DE NISIQUIERA SALIR DE LA CUIDAD. Ademas cuando le dije todo esto al conductor se puso maleducado conmigo. Que error viajar con Expreso Palmira.

  Que servicio al cliente tan pésimo del personal de Cali y de Bogotá, le hablan a uno como si estuviesen arriando ganado, y adicionalmente le sobrevenden el tickete a uno y toca rogar para que lo lleven a su destino cuando uno se ha presentado con anticipación y ha comprado todo a lo legal, a esta empresa le falta mucho.

  NO RECOMIENDO LA EMPRESA EN NINGUN ASPECTO.DESPUES DE 29 HORAS DE VIAJE, EN UN VIEJE DE 7, LO QUE MENOS TIENE EN CUENTA LA EMPRESA Y SU RECURSO HUMANO SON LOS USUARIOS DEL SERVICIO ESO EN LA DEMORA DEL VIAJE, EL TRATO AL PASAJERO Y EL ASEO DEL BUSLO PEOR QUE HE UTILIZADO PESIMA EXPERIENCIA.

  Las personas que atienden via celular deben ser mas amables, ya que al pedir informacion lo hacen a la carrera y no dejan preguntar y le cuelgan al usuario.
  Lo digo por que me paso hoy a la 1:40 pm y despues no vuelven a contestar , cortan la llamada.
  Para eso mejor no dejar numero de contacto. Ni que fuera regalado el servicio.
