Went with my wife and son to have lunch and relax in the warm pool. One employee asked us to leave our umbrellas in the lobby because it was raining and they were wet but after lunch we realize they got stolen. After complaining they offered to replace one of the umbrellas with one of the hotel but never heard an apologize for the situation. I would recommend it but keep your eyes on your personal belongings all the time.

Para después de una gran jornada de trabajo, las aguas termales nos brindan un telas y gran comodidad; son completamente naturales ya que provienen del volcán nevado del Ruiz
