  Los destaco como agencia de arrendamientos por la disponibilidad de los asesores en enseñar los inmuebles en horarios flexibles en tanto que en otras agencias fueron demasiado rígidos en sus horarios y normalmente los arrendadores trabajamos y nuestro tiempo esta limitado. Felicitaciones!!! Ademas recibí del Asesor Juan Pablo (No se su apellido) consejos muy útiles para la toma de mi decisión ya que soy una persona sola. Gracias!!

  La atención es pésima, sin nombrar la mala calidad del servicio no tienen profesionalidad para el servicio al cliente, no cumple en absoluto mis espectativas

  Nunca contestan los telefonos, ni el pbx, ni tampoco los asesores responden. Mala atención, el personal es indispuesto, poco amable y no tiene calidad humana con los clientes. No recomiendo esta agencia

  Horrible, disorganized, poor customer service, a waste of time. This agency has no understanding of how to conduct business. If you need assistance, find another company because any time spent with El Castillo will be wasted.
  
  I have provided my phone number and email address and heard nothing back from El Castillo. I provided this contact information to management before I concluded my business, and I have followed-up with you. Any feedback provided by management to follow-up is simply lip service on Google Maps. They have no understanding of their business and no intention to improve.
