  The staff was very nice and kind and service oriented; the meals in the food court were very delicious, although not cheap. The room in the hotel was very comfortable, my family had a very pleasant stay. The kids' area was always attended by a staff member and kids loved it. We attended the guided tour through the park, and the guide was very assertive and he was very committed to the eco-orientation of the park. We had time to tour the park again anytime, as been hotel guests gave us full access to everything. The only recommendation: Please, provide hot water in the shower!!

  Excelente lugar de descanso, con estadía y pasadia. Existen pocas piscinas pero muy buen ambiente y servicio al cliente.

  Agradable sitio, pequeño en exención pero muy completo en servicios y atención. El costo es accesible y se obtiene buena calidad en especial el servicio de sus empleados. Piscina pequeña. Ideal para pasar un fin de semana corto.
