Beautiful and relaxing hotel near Armenia with great customer service, they upgraded our room without extra charge. One thing we did not liked was that there is a certain time that they cook and does not offer deserts or drinks(margaritas,piña colada, etc) and wifi was kind of slow, however i loved to stay in this place, is completely outside the city and it has amazing views with an amazing dog(Mona) she was our guide to show us the place.

Yo tenía una reserva para 2 noches de semana santa. Hoy llamo y me simplemente q le asignaron la habitación ya a atrás personas. Que falta de seriedad y compromiso con los clientes.

Reserve y pague una suite familiar a un alto precio para 4 personas y cuando llegamos me dijeron que tuvieron un problema de mantenimiento con esa suite, entonces que nos acomodaban en dos habitaciones de la misma categoría, lo cual fue mentira me acomodaron en el cuarto 103 que es un cuarto para minusvalidos el cual se notaba que no lo habían abierto en días por que olía a moho y a humedad. Luego hablando con los huéspedes nos dimos cuenta que la suite que habíamos alquilado se la dieron a una familia numerosa que llego dos días antes, reclamamos y después de una mala noche en ese cuarto cuando pedimos el reintegro de la segunda noche, por que enserio es inhumano dormir en esas condiciones, nos dieron una mejor habitación, pero verificando los precios que pague no se acerca a la mitad de la habitación que nos dieron, muy mal no lo recomiendo, destaco sus paisajes y el personal exceptuando al señor Fernando que fue el causante de sobre vender las suites.

Unless you have a car it's not easily accessible. It's not close to Recuca or Salento, at least 1.5hr driving, which will be worth it if the hotel was amazing but it's not. Their website pictures are way better than reality, the view from the terrace is great during the day and at night you can enjoy the starlight.
