Very bad attention, more than 1 to 2 hours for the medicines to be delivered, they should improve the delivery system since the service and the call of the shift is very poor

very bad medicine delivery service they do with patients what they want and customer service is lousy, one calls and they hang up the phone knowing it is disrespectful, but that is what MEDIMAS hires !!!!
