Free WiFi and great selection of coffee drinks

Located on the second floor of a building right on the main square, Café de los Andes is spacious, open air, and an excellent place to do some blogging, internetting (as long as the network's working), coffee drinking, and spying on the action from above. While in Jardin we couldn't help but go there every day. It's one of the places we recommend for an awesome Jardin getaway on our site, The Unconventional Route.

Unprofessional customer service. Instead of extending the courtesy of announcing that it was closing time the staff abruptly turned off the lights and began pulling in the chairs from the deck. Three tables of customers were left to finish their drinks in the dark while the staff finished wrapping up for the evening. Obviously a case of disgruntled employees as no business owner would willingly wish their company to be represented in such a manner.

Coffee is amazing in this place. Bought a couple of bags of beans to take back with me. The location is great as well as it looks over the square.

Nice place for coffee and dessert overlooking the main plaza in Jardin. It also hosts the roasters for the de los Andes coffee cooperative so if you can check out the roasting facility if it's open.
