Un hotel clásico, bien ubicado han empezado a hacer algunas actualizaciones y mejoras, de seguro volverá a ser relativamente mejor hotel de Bucaramanga

Nice view on the roof. Very nice spa. The water of the spa smell wired. The rooms are very nice and is not expensive comparing the overall cost.

Very welcoming hotel. Called ahead of time asking for airport transportation and laundry services and they came through with flying colors. Rooms service is 24 hrs and they have a on site salon and spa. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Only bad thing is that the Wi-fi is spotty in the room, sometimes it didn't work. For full Wi-fi coverage we had to go upstairs to the restaurant or stay in the lobby which was under construction during the stay.

Amazing spa and restaurant. They give ice tea the instant you walk in the door. So good!

this hotel is still one of the best hotels in Bucaramanga, you will not be disappointing, good food, good service, centrally located, the pool at the top floor offers a great view.
