  Customer service is appalling! Never give a good information, both by phone and in person, next to move to another eps, this is the worst.

  Coomeva sent me to the OAT clinic for an ophthalmologic appointment. I've been asking for it for three months and it's been impossible for me to get it. What hope can I have with these entities? But if you must pay promptly. I ask, if I am looking for a private ophthalmologist, you will return the money for the appointment.

  The place is very busy, you would have to arrive very early to avoid having to wait an hour or two for your shift, it may even be longer.
  I lost lda why they canceled the contract with the clinic where they were going to perform the surgery without notifying the users, apart from that they require a medical history that I do not understand so that the databases exist then.
