  I`m planning to travel to Thailand, I`m concern about the visa requirements to visit this beautiful country, the first thing I did is to visit the page to see the requirements, after I dialed the embassy number at 10:17am, one Colombian lady picked up the phone, I was very kind and polite asking for the visa requirements, once this lady heard what I said in a really bad attitude she told me to look for all this information in the web site, that this kind of calls are a waste of time, she hanged up on me right away this is out of respect for all the customers. I hope someone has the right to do something in this embassy and watch the people that is answering the phones to provide accurate information with the best possible attitude.
