  Internet is good. Rooms are nice. Breakfast needs improvement as well as room service. Rooms in the front side are noisy, it might need a better sound insulation. Overall service is good. Indeed a good option to stay in Bogota.

  Very nice quite location, spacious rooms and friendly staff. When we first arrived we had a few issues with the room. I made up a list of objections, but listed the positive aspects of the room 1st. I took the list down to the person at the front desk (Milton) and left it with him to study it over while we had breakfast. About 10 or 15 minutes into our very well presented and ample breakfast, the manager introduced herself, she had the list I’d left with Milton. We went over it and she listened attentively, said she understood and apologized and promptly offered to change us to a different room making sure none of the issues would recur. After breakfast we moved and all issues were resolved quite well. The room and bathroom were very comfortable, one thing missing is a full length mirror. Also the laundry service is average at best. The breakfast is very good, and dinner is also served and quite good, although 8 recommend eating out as Bogota has some of the best restaurants in South America. The roof top terrace has a gym, jacuzzi and massage parlor (photo)
