  The San Rafael clinic in Pinares excellent care, the staff maintains their good disposition with the patients Unlike the San Rafael clinic in Cuba, my mother left the hospital yesterday at that clinic and she tells me that being alone, the nurses (a) they have an arrogant attitude they don't help patients eat They don't help them to bathe. Nurses who are unwilling to help and serve should resign.

  Pésima atención, nunca me agendaron una cita vía internet, dan un número de teléfono en el que nunca contestan, la única manera que me programaron la cita fue mandándoles un derecho de petición por medio la eps.

  Pedir una cita en esta clínica es imposible NUNCA hay agenda, llevo más de dos meses pidiendo una cita de control y nada; si por casualidad contestan la recomendación que te dan es diga insistiendo. Qué falta de respeto

  Bueno. Yo solo he ido para examenes de laboratorio y me parece exelente el servicio, muy cordiales, respetuosos y profesionales. Mucha calidad tanto humana como en el servicio que prestan. Tiene mucha mas excelencia el personal y el servicio de aqui que el de la clinica san rafael de megacentro.

  al contrario yo pienso qu esta clínica si tien un buen servicio soy una persona mayor y cuando he llamado siempre me contestan y recibo buena atención por eso les pongo las cinco estrellas

  Muy mala. En cuanto al número que dan. Para las citas llevo más de 8 días intentando llamar para pedir una cita. De oftalmológica y nada. No contestan el teléfono. .no se para que dan un numero de teléfono. Si no sirve. .
