Mi hermana recién nacida tuvo una fiebre alta por más de una semana y solo le daban acetaminifen,la mandaron para la casa ,despues volvió con la misma fiebre y aparte con convulsiones y de igual forma le mandaron solo acetaminofén .La tercer vez que mi mamá la llevó ya estaba muy mal y ahi si le hicieron examenes descubriendole una meningitis ,le practicaron un drenaje cerebral.La niña murió.

Llevo 3 días esperando una cirugía y nada, ni tampoco me dejan salir, y vean 2 horas esperando que me arreglen el suero

Una clinica muy reconocida en Bogota, alli sirve tambien para atencion de urgencias para usuarios de eps sura. Tambien sirve de practicas para varios estudiantes de medicina. Pero en general presta una buena atencion tanto de medicina general como en algunos especialistas.

Hola, I'm very surprised about the bad attention. I had my daughter delivered at my home on the 28th of Octubre at 21.15. We arrived to the hospital in an ambulance at 23. I almost felt that i was in the way for the staff. First I had to sit and wait for more then two hours until they even checked out if I and my newborn baby were doing fine. It was ice cold and I was naked with just a "bata" on me.. still bleeding from the birth giving (on the floor). I had my placenta with me and it was thrown on the floor. The emergency is a shame and I have no clue why Compensar even work with this place. When I finally got checked I can't complain the doctors where doing a great job. But still it's a very bad service. I had to share room with a lot of other peoples with different surgeries and so did my new born baby. We were not able to go to the bathroom and people had to pie in bottles so I'm wondering how good it is for a new born baby. My daughter had to stay for 4 days extra. I was not able to stay with her. The people working with the babies were very nice and some older ladies where really really saints and helpful. But there are MANY MANY students.. and some days there were more then 9 people in the baby room.. with maybe 6 babies. I thought that was stressful for the parents and for the babies. I would not recommend this place. /Vanessa

Si quiere morir valla estando enfermo de verdad, se tardan 2 horas en solo llamar para el triage imagínese lo que tarda el resto, es un moridero, un horrible feo y sucio lugar donde sentarse a aguantar frío mientras se muere, nisiquiera cumple las normas de sanidad y las únicas buenas opiniones son del personal que allí disque trabaja por que solo van a cumplir horario, la peor atención del mundo como era de esperar de Eps Sanitas un asco y un moridero, NO VENGA SI ESTA GRAVE YA QUE LO DEJARAN MORIR VALLA A UN BUEN HOSPITAL O CLINICA, ahora si solo se torció el tobillo venga son los únicos que atienden y oo sacarán rápido con su fórmula de diclofenaco.

Pesimo servicio en urgencias pediatricas no atineden a ls niños ni bebes. Y su respuesta es q como es un triage 3 tiene que esperar de 6 a 8 horas como pueden hacer esto con los niños.

La atención es buena pero lo q no me gusto fue los practicantes te rebisantodos y es lo mismo asi paso con los diagnosticos desin q canser q una masa o q un quiste al final toco pagar medico particular

Pésima atención. Fui por urgencias, por sangrado interno y se demoraron mucho en atender, vi como un doctor le pegaba a un niño. Y también como no tenían experiencia, fui al compensar de la 146 y me atendieron mucho mejor.
