La hamburguesa estuvo deliciosa el servicio es excelente aunque un poco demorado la entrada de papas americanas es muy recomendable

Qué bueno encontrar esta opción en Belén, con la calidad y la muy buena atención de Chef Burger. Siempre recomiendo ordenar la Sailor Jerry y recordarles que la gaseosa tiene refill infinito.

The service was very slow. We kept trying to get waiters attention to order and were ignored. I went up to front desk and a waitress said she’d be right over but that didn’t happen. So after waiting a bit more, I went back to the front desk and started ordering from there (the waitress finally came over). I asked for a burger to be cut in half so my young children could share it (as there was no kids menu) and they said they wouldn’t do it. My kids and I have eaten burgers in over 12 countries and never had our request for a burger to be cut in half for kids to be refused. So we left hungry, frustrated and disappointed as we had read good things about the food and traveled quite a distance to get to Chef Burger at Los Molinos mall. We took our business elsewhere. I really hope management will train wait staff to be more service oriented and responsive.
