Terrible real estate, they make excessive and unjustified charges, they have leonine clauses and they ignore the requests of the owner

Lousy service, many inconveniences do not make notifications correctly about contract terminations, changes in expectations when hired, excessive charges for adjustments, the accounts are not sent monthly, I hope they at least give me my apt in good condition, not I recommend for nothing

I have an apartment in the city of Santiago de Cali leased through Century 21 Royal who have not complied with the payments of the administration, which I have deducted monthly from the lease fee and I currently have a pre-legal charge. They do not answer me emails or phone calls.

I have a house in Cajica leased through Century 21 Chia. Even though the tenant has paid almost every month, I have not been paid the lease fees since March 2018. A month ago I submitted the complaint to the central office of Century 21 and nothing happened.
