Good place to sit around, hang out with friends, have a smoke, have a beer, talk. It's a traditional meet-up place in the city, and if you like that, it's good for people-watching. There's some clubs and bars around, but if you want to go where the party is, you need to walk up a few blocks towards Lleras. Be careful with your stuff, though, as there can be pickpockets around.
