  Es un lugar donde encuentras variedad tecnológica, así como locales de venta de artículos deportivos. Sus valores son altos, aunque sirven como punto de referencia si vives cerca del lugar. Ubicado cerca a la Cuarta Brigada y al Éxito de Colombia.
