First of all, Santiago one of the staff member is so gross. He s looking at every new arrival like it was fresh meat. When he chose his new target he'll bother her all night long. In a very pushy way, you dont want to know.
Then talking about the place and the trip, they ask to be at the port 30 minutes prior to departure. At the end we left almost 1hour after the initial time. Conditions there are very poor, if you want a shower you need to hurry up to get your tiny portion of water. If you have a bed, they are very bad and if you have private room you cannot even lock the door.response / report this review -

Scariest boat trip i was on so far! @casaenelauqa: Please ensure minimum savety measures on you boat transfers! The small boats definately don't meet them on the open water.

Amazing! It's definitely a must! You have lots of activities to do, or just chill. The colour and transparency of the water is crazy! Super nice for 1 night stay or 2.

Wow! This was amazing! Because of the real far location without telecommunication real friends are made really easily. Tommy, one of the hosts was very nice and friendly! The food is really good, swimming with the plankton is absolutely amazing (little expensive for 15m of swimming though 😅). Would go there again.

Amazing place. Shout out to Tommy who was so kind and couldn't do enough for us! Hammocks comfy, private room awesome and not too hot, plankton tour was life changing, food fine considering where you are (fresh fish and rice). Just don't expect fine dining! Take snacks, toilets not too bad, be prepared not to shower (we were in the ocean 85% of the time so that didn't matter!) although there is a bucket shower. Slight petrol smell of local boats sometimes. 100% worth the trip if you are prepared to be a little rough and ready. You must pay in cash so be prepared for that.

Truly one of a kind hostel with a great vibe. It's cash only and there's no wifi. The staff don't make it clear they don't accept debit/credit cards so bring plenty with you. Be sure to do the 'sub-wing' activity. There are two happy hours every day 4-5pm and 9-10pm.

The first Greek at Casa en el Agua. Amazing place, amazing people. The only thing that I would change is the lou! Love that view when lying on the hammock!!
