A great historic place in Colombia based on the love story of Maria and Efrain. The house is really beautiful with lot of belongings from that century. Being from another country, knowing the history of Colombia and Maria was a really beautiful experience for me.

Lugar mágico y hermoso de nuestro pais, hace que uno se quiera involucrar mas en la historia de nuestro pais y volver a leer la maravillosa obra "la Maria" es una lastima que algunas personas no la conozcan y al desaparecer la imagen del billete de 50000 para muchos quedara en el olvido.

Lugar histórico para los que gustan de antiguedad, muy bueno para pasar un día agradable y en familia, alejados del ruido de la ciudad, con rio para los que prefieren bañar, a sus afueras sitios con juegos para grandes y chicos, locales de comidas, snacks, refrescos, etc.

Its a very very nice and beatiful place to know about the history of colombia, and its valle del cauca, the hacienda is where one of the most iconic books "la maria" a romantic story, takes place, also free samples of wine of the region are offer there.

A beautiful hacienda in a beautiful part of Colombia. It's probably a bit more fascinating if you've read the literature ("Maria") that is set in this home. The surrounding carnival atmosphere somewhat detracts from its charms.
