we stayed here for both our adoptions. it's not a 5 star hotel, but that's not what you need when adopting kids or need a long term stay. so much is close and convenient to the area including malls, grocery, parks. I always felt safe here.
the real stars of this place are the owners. Claudia is absolutely amazing and so helpful. she is totally invested in being a great host. she gives this place 2 stars all by herself.

El hotel opera, como su nombre indica, en una casa, adaptada para este uso. Por ello las habitaciones se sienten en un ambiente muy familiar. Son cómodas y muy bien acondicionadas. La atención es buena.

The apartment was a bit small for our group of 8, but we managed fine. What sets the Hotel apart is how friendly and accommodating the staff is. They truly care about their guests. They were flexible with our check-in and check-out dates, they helped us line up drivers, they allowed us to print and scan documents at the front desk all the little things that are hard to work out when you're from out of town. A big thanks to Claudia and her staff.

Perfect if you travel with number of persons, independent apartments inside a structure, little bit far from downtown but transmilenio public transport station is less than 200 meters.
