Service and food are excellent. Anytime I am in Bogota I eat here. The bife de filet is excellent. Google maps address is incorrect.
Correct address is Calle 116 17-8

The cut of meat that Ive found at carbon is excellent. Im not a big fan of morcilla (blood sausage) so I dont order that. The live music is always good..and you are NEVER hurried. Go, but KNOW on Fridays there will be a line and the wait is LONG.

I recently took my foreign girlfriend for lunch (I am Colombian and was aware of the good food in there from my own experience years ago). The service was good. However, what you go there for, -quality grill/barbecue food-, was not good at all. I ordered a hamburger and seriously I have had best experiences at burger king. My girlfriends grilled chicken was a cheap cut, we were not even able to tell if it was breast. The fries were horrible, they tasted like starch and were all wet. And what offended me the most was that I asked for ketchup and the waiter brought it and drop a teaspoon on my dish instead of leaving the little ketchup container, are you kidding skimping on ketchup?? and on top of it was the cheapest quality ketchup I have ever tried. All in all, for the amount we were charged I feel completely ripped off.
