  This place seems to be under renos, but it us pretty good value for what you get. The beds are not comfortable, and the kitchen in our place was in rough shape. It was reasonably clean, but you do have to be careful with stuff down by the beach. There was a white dog who was a good security feature that kept other strays away when down at the beach. If you are looking for no frills with good beach access this is a good bet
