Very interesting and honest, great value for the money. I took the hourly tour they offer. Although, all in Spanish, I was about to enjoy my time and learn new things. Although the tour was about the plants, the kids that were in the group were very interested in a foreigner and asked many questions. At the cafe, I accidentally gave too much as payment (bills got stuck together) but they were honest enough to return the extra cash I gave.

A relaxing place to visit where you may choose your pace. Bring a book to read on the lawn, get some exercise jogging around or take a tour. Its a well priced entrance fee, so pop in to enjoy a short trip or stay for a while. My son has a lot of fun at the creeks to the left of the entrance. It is starting to look a little overgrown -more so than in the past but the plants still looks healthy.

Wonderful and beautiful place to know and see local Flora. Entrance is really cheap, kids get discount and senior citizens has free entrance. You can do the tour by yourself or wait for guide, each guide will make the experience unique and teach you different things about the place. Smoking is forbidden and so is taking flowers or leaves out of the garden. Excelent for family trips, picnics or photo shoots.

It's a great place to relax and spend with your family or couple. They have tours where they guide you through the main attractions such as the different ecosystems in Colombia. There are nice restaurants inside or food carts right outside if you prefer fast food

A really Beautiful garden with unique plants and trees. If you love nature spend the day here just strolling at leasure. A must visit place.

Undergoing construction, and there are a few parts that could use some work. But for the price, the place is extremely hard to beat with a wide variety of plant life and a few interesting trails.

So many beautiful flowers and plants! You can walk into the gardens and spend as much time looking at everything, and reading all of the descriptions. The park is huge, clean and well looked after. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the tropical exhibit was shut down (which is half of the park) and was not advertised anywhere. That being said, the remaining of the park was still big enough to spend two hours in.

If you like nature I would say it's a must to visit in Bogota. It's a very big garden with several trails to walk, a small lake and a waterfall. You can even feel the microclimates as you walk.
They only accept cash and at the time I went there a big part was going under renovations, otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

Lots of construction and closed areas. Was not worth the trip. It says they open at 8am on the Internet, but they actually opened at 1pm. When we went to purchase a ticket, they also would not give out change, the man said it had to be exact, 2700 pesos. I would not suggest going here, not a lot to see.
