Terrible!!! I used them in Peru to plan a trip from Peru to Bolivia. Not organised well, they changed my itinerary without telling while I was in Bolivia and they overcharged me on all activities. For the activity of cycling the death road in La Paz they charged me 300 USD while all the rest of the group had payed 100USD for the same exact experience.
I will never use them again.response / report this review
