I ordered a car through PricelineI ended up choosing a car from this Avis franchise. The advertised price was $34 a day for two days. With the undisclosed fees, the rate rose to $61 a day, AND they took $376 as a security deposit. Further, they advised me that they would return my deposit after 12 days!!!
It has been 16 days and my money has not been refunded. That makes $498 (1.5 million COP) for a tiny automobile for two days! I have a complaint filed with the main office in the US, and the franchise lied about the money they charged me. I have forwarded my bank statements and I am waking the results of their investigation. This franchise lied to me, took three times more money, then lied to the corporation.response / report this review -
